Booking conditions:
♦ Booking facilities
Your booking can be made by phone (+33 (0)1 47 66 16 85 ou +33 (0)6 18 02 88 or e-mail (contact@courcelles-parc.com). On receiving your booking Courcelles-Parc, will send you a confirmation booking by e-mail.
♦ Deposit payment
To make and confirm your guest room booking, we ask you to send us a reservation deposit equal to 30 % of the total rate amount.
Cancellation is required in writing no later than 30 days before the date of your arrival; the deposit will not be returned. In the case of a cancellation 72 hours before your stay, Courcelles-Park reserves the right to claim the balance of your outstanding rent. Payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) is accepted.
♦ Payment of balance
The rent will be payable on arrival and will not be refunded in any case.
♦ On the spot
Check-in time is between 5 pm to 7 pm (please inform us if you plan to arrive outside of these hours).
Check-out time is before 11 am on the day of your departure.
Breakfast is served from 8 am until 10 am (a flexible schedule can be made on request).
